Fonda represented us on both sides of our miracle, selling our cottage and helping us find my dream home. It was seemingly an impossible venture with the times we are in. But when you have a diligent professional working by your side miracles will happen. We can not begin to brag and be so grateful for all the time, effort and travel Fonda did on our behalf. We could not have been blessed with a better agent. Not only is she proficient with all the details of selling with integrity and thoroughness, but helpful with the difficult things the average person does not quite understand. Her overall nature is to be helpful, caring, and understanding of your every need. She suggested a proper selling price knowing the value and market and how quickly it would sell and it did! Then onto the buying search, to be honest, it was tough. The market is not friendly and buying a condo can be a challenge here in Florida with the recent tighter requirements to hold a mortgage. Working with Fonda to buy our dream home in a different state which should have been challenging was absolutely the easiest and most pleasant experience ever. She listened to our desires and found the perfect neighborhood for us. She handled everything to make our move simple and effortless. That included setting up and being at our home to meet the carpet cleaning company, repair men, etc. As far as being knowledgeable about the area and local and state taxes and laws she was beyond helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. As a buyers agent she devoted so much time and energy into our move and transition as if we were her only customers. I could not be happier with her knowledge of everything about home repairs, maintenance issues, neighborhoods, taxes, etc. Numerous hours were spent communicating with us at all hours of the night and we never felt put off. I have to say she is a top notch agent and has become more like a friend or family member through our experience.
