The communications including regular updates was impressive taking in to the fact we are based in the United Kingdom and the time differences and processes of selling an overseas property. The attention to final details within the property to make it look its best on our behalf paid dividends in the attractiveness of the property . The actual sale process when the property went on the Market was impressive and within 5 days and over 20 offers for the property sale was concluded in a timely manner and a price obtained far in excess of expectations.

Lorraine will do whatever it takes to make your experience pleasant. She will help in every aspect from picking up extra keys to meeting the Goodwill pickup guys. If she doesn't know the answer, she will ask any and everyone to find the answer. She was our agent buying this house, and then selling said house, and when we are looking again, we will give her a call first. She and her team try to guide you, but she understands that the ultimate decision is the seller's. As an out-of-town client, we depended heavily on her, and it paid off with a below market purchase price and an above asking selling price. Win win all around!

I’m not sure where to begin because there are so many things to be said. Megan is young, vibrant, and very knowledgeable. We were unsure about selling the house but after sitting down and speaking with Lorraine that all changed. She was well prepared and did her research about our area. She made everything so easy! With us working from home it was a little different for the house showings. She was very organized and gave us 24 hour notice before the showings.
