Pauline was professional and accommodated all of requests when it came to listing and showing our house. She was very patient with us. In the end we sold our house for exactly what we wanted and how we wanted. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

The communications including regular updates was impressive taking in to the fact we are based in the United Kingdom and the time differences and processes of selling an overseas property. The attention to final details within the property to make it look its best on our behalf paid dividends in the attractiveness of the property . The actual sale process when the property went on the Market was impressive and within 5 days and over 20 offers for the property sale was concluded in a timely manner and a price obtained far in excess of expectations.

Fonda is the most amazing realtor to work with she responds to your calls right away and is always ready and willing to show you a home! She helped me buy my first house ☺️

Fonda was very knowledgeable about the St Petersburg/Clearwater area and was able to assist my wife and I in finding a beachfront condo even though we were not able to be there in person most of the time. She was a true pleasure to work with.

Excellent experience with Fonda! I honestly cannot give enough positive feedback for our experience with Fonda while selling our home and purchasing another. She understood our needs, educated us on the home buying process since we didn’t get that with our first realtor, and was always on top of everything! She helped us sale our home over our asking price and helped us find our dream home. She always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. We are truly grateful to have met her.

Lorraine will do whatever it takes to make your experience pleasant. She will help in every aspect from picking up extra keys to meeting the Goodwill pickup guys. If she doesn't know the answer, she will ask any and everyone to find the answer. She was our agent buying this house, and then selling said house, and when we are looking again, we will give her a call first. She and her team try to guide you, but she understands that the ultimate decision is the seller's. As an out-of-town client, we depended heavily on her, and it paid off with a below market purchase price and an above asking selling price. Win win all around!

I’m not sure where to begin because there are so many things to be said. Megan is young, vibrant, and very knowledgeable. From the first day that I met Megan I just knew that she would be the perfect fit for me. Immediately after our first conversation, Megan created my profile and I began to receive listings the same night. She was persistent with her follow ups and always answered my calls/text messages when I needed her. Once I showed interest in the property, the contract would be drafted within minutes. She is definitely one of a kind and I can’t wait to send her clients.
