We were unsure about selling the house but after sitting down and speaking with Lorraine that all changed. She was well prepared and did her research about our area. She made everything so easy! With us working from home it was a little different for the house showings. She was very organized and gave us 24 hour notice before the showings. She was over prepared and it made everything so easy for us selling the home. She always has a smile on her face and is very great to be around. We will be reaching out to her again when the time comes to purchase our next home!

Meagan is the absolute best! After going through 3 other realtors my husband and I were ready to give up. Finally, we found Meagan. From the very beginning on the phone call you can tell that she was very knowledgeable in her craft and the very same day she sent us an email of listings with homes we didn’t even notice before; she is very thorough! Out of all the realtors we used before she’s the only one who actually brought her laptop with her and if we were ready to put an offer she was able to do it right then and there. She also teaches you what’s important to look for when purchasing a home. We really appreciated that. Because of her knowledge in the industry we were finally able to get our offer accepted after one day of seeing the property!!! She works really fast and she is a shark when it comes to negotiation! From the moment Fonda and I started working together, it felt comfortable.
