The most genuine person I have had the pleasure to work with

Pauline had a tall task assisting me as a home buyer. My search started off very vague, not knowing what I really wanted. With Pauline’s help we covered all aspects of the market. Townhomes, condos, single family homes, you name it! After being educated, with great care and patience I finally gained an image of where and what I wanted the next chapter in my life to look like. Shortly after, she helped me find my dream home. Even though it was a new build with a very reputable builder, Pauline was there every step of the way. From initially viewing to final walk through prior to closing I know I had the best help in my corner! Thank you so much, Pauline. You were a huge blessing in this process and I couldn’t of asked for a better Realtor! Thank you for helping me get off to the best start in Tampa I have ever hoped for.

Meagan is the absolute best! After going...

Meagan is the absolute best! After going through 3 other realtors my husband and I were ready to give up. Finally, we found Meagan. From the very beginning on the phone call you can tell that she was very knowledgeable in her craft and the very same day she sent us an email of listings with homes we didn’t even notice before; she is very thorough! Out of all the realtors we used before she’s the only one who actually brought her laptop with her and if we were ready to put an offer she was able to do it right then and there. She also teaches you what’s important to look for when purchasing a home. We really appreciated that. Because of her knowledge in the industry we were finally able to get our offer accepted after one day of seeing the property!!! She works really fast and she is a shark when it comes to negotiation! I’m proud to say we closed right after and are now officially home owners! Thank you Meagan for everything you did for us we really appreciate you!

Wonderful experience!

It was such a pleasure working with Fonda. In addition to having a seamless experience in all aspects of purchasing my home, she guided me along every step of the way and made sure every party involved in this transaction did their due diligence. I couldn't ask for a better agent to represent me!

Very Excellent

On Point and Thorough

The epitome of a great realtor

From the moment Fonda and I started working together, it felt comfortable. I trusted her right away to have my best interests at heart and felt like she had a good handle on the market of the areas I wanted to explore. She took her time talking to me and asking questions about what was important to me when buying whether it was location, view, size and most importantly price. Once she had put my portfolio together she started the search and sent almost daily updates of places she thought I would be interested. She knew early on that my price limit did not match my taste but worked hard to find me something. Once I realized that she was right, I raised my price expectations and she found me the perfect place. She was a professional at all times, knew her market and took the time to know her client. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for someone who will work hard to find you your perfect home.
