Today, he works with buyers, sellers and investors across the area specializing in the homes, estates and waterfront properties of St. Petersburg, Downtown and Snell Isle. The best experience ever

We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. We ventured to this area and were introduced to Niel Allen, who provided the most top notch service and communication. It took well over a year of hunting around the St Pete area until we found an absolute gem of a house. It will be our main residence and we had a lot of specifics/wishes for our dream home. Niel was available around the clock when we were living in London, sending viable listings and hopping on the phone to discuss options and help us become more familiar with the neighborhoods we were drawn to. We have started moving in and Niel is continuing to provide help with finding local service providers or any other questions we have. Between the two of us we’ve bought and sold over 10 homes collectively. Nothing came close to working with Niel!

A True Full-Service Realtor — Niel Allen Made Our Home Purchase Smooth and Stress-Free

Buying our second home in St. Petersburg was a much smoother, more positive experience thanks to Niel Allen. As a third-generation Bay Area Realtor with deep roots in the community, Niel brought unmatched local knowledge and personal dedication to our home search. He took the time to understand our growing family’s needs and made sure we ended up in a great school district and a neighborhood that fit our long-term goals — even taking weather patterns and flood zones into account. But where Niel really stood out was in the details that most agents would’ve overlooked. What was supposed to be a two-permit issue turned out to involve a third open permit from a prior home extension — something Niel discovered on his own and resolved before we even got to closing. He also made sure the new roof was completed on time, along with handling all the items required for the 4-point inspection so we could secure insurance without delays. There was even a situation with a tenant still living in the property, and Niel made sure that was handled well in advance — protecting our move-in timeline and avoiding any unnecessary complications. He truly went above and beyond, and I can confidently say this purchase would not have gone so smoothly without him. Compared to our first home-buying experience, this one was night and day. Niel is what you would call a true full-service Realtor — hands-on, detail-oriented, and fully invested in your success. Superb attention and service

Niel has helped us sell two houses in St. Pete, both under challenging circumstances. The first was my mom's house, after she passed away, and the most recent was my family's house in the Pink Streets. In both instances, the houses weren't occupied, so we relied heavily on Niel to ensure the properties looked their best for showings. He always showed up early to blow leaves off the driveways and pool decks, to turn on the water at the main, lights, etc. Niel also had to contend with a softening market after the two hurricanes of 2024. Through sheer persistence (he held open houses pretty much every weekend), Niel was able to find a wonderful family to enjoy our house we so loved. Niel is a St. Pete native with thorough knowledge about the city and its neighborhoods. He is highly professional, reliable and great at guiding you through negotiations, inspections, appraisals and all the other twists and turns that accompany selling a house.
