We could not have been in better hands, especially in such a competitive market. Tammi found the perfect neighborhood for us. She was always available to show us homes no matter what day or time it was. We had to move fast on making offers and she had contracts written in record timing for us. We had a couple of snafus come up before closing but because of her relationships and sheer tenacity we were able to close on time and receive seller concessions. I can honestly say that had it not been for Tammi we would not be in our home now. Any home buyer or seller wants and needs Tammi working on their behalf, she's the best.

Tammi guided us through the whole prosses. Whenever we had a question we called her and she got right back to us. She went out of her way to get us moving boxes etc. We had some problems with the closing but she was there for us and made sure we were informed every step of the way. If anyone has a chance to work with her they will not be disappointed.

Tammi arranged to be there when the movers were packing the truck, sine I was in Ohio. She met repair men and brought her own ladder. She also took things I left behind to my friends houses.

I was in a extremely tough situation when I first called Lois. I had to sell my Dad's house while living in a different state, during covid-19. This Realtor took care of absolutely everything, from packing to cleaning and even having furniture moved out. She took care of outside work and inside repairs, all while constantly reassuring me that she had this under control.
