For medical reasons my sister was unable to handle her own affairs. Tom made selling her home such a smooth process, from finding help to pack the truck, getting the items we couldn't take removed, lawn maintenance after we left, to explaining the selling process. He is also a friend. Ryan has went above and beyond to help us with community forms, ARB's and setting up our homestead. We called into the office and got Tom at random. I had heard good things about him, but nothing in detail. He spent time taking us around to view some houses and got a feel of what we were looking for in our new home. He was responsive as we asked about different houses we saw come onto the market, but each was not filling our criteria. When we received a call from Tom to view a newly listed property, indeed it was The One. Tom is professional, responsive and understands his clients. Although we were buying, we would definitely recommend him for buying or selling.

I looked at several houses in Oak Run via Facetime with Tom (my sister and BIL were on-site). He was so accommodating and coordinated viewings. He consistently said he wanted me to look at a specific house -- and I bought it!!! I think he knew what I wanted better than I knew. We were able to have a 30-day closing and every little thing went according to plan (well, there was a hurricane). Tom kept me informed every step of the way. I can't say enough about what a great process this was. Thank you Tom (and DECCA)!!

Ryan did a phenomenal job helping us sell our mother's house. We all live out of state now and the house was empty. Ryan was extremely helpful and even kept an eye on the property after we had left. He clearly knows the market in Oak Run and sold the house quicker than any of us expected, even in a slow market. We received regular communication from him to keep us updated. All the real estate agents we spoke with seemed quite professional, but Ryan really went above and beyond to get the job done.
