Great guy, I liked working with him. If he didn’t know something he would find out. I gave him 4 stars because he still needs to learn a lot, he needs experience. There were things I wish I knew about the house before I bought it. I had to add money I thought I didn’t have to put in if I knew all I needed to know. There were other things that pointed to Ryan not being experienced. Nice guy though
