Tom was consistently on top of things with the sale of this house and went above and beyond in taking care of everything. None of us live in Florida and we all had to get back home so couldn't stay in Florida to prepare the house for the sale. Great guy, I liked working with him. If he didn’t know something he would find out. I gave him 4 stars because he still needs to learn a lot, he needs experience. There were things I wish I knew about the house before I bought it. I had to add money I thought I didn’t have to put in if I knew all I needed to know. There were other things that pointed to Ryan not being experienced. Nice guy though
