Working with Tom was a pleasure.
We met Tom on a Friday about selling my Mother's house. Right away he was very comfortable working with us and us with him. Right away we developed a plan. It was a unique situation where my Mother passed away, my brother still living in the house and me (the Trustee) living in Jacksonville. Tom showed the house the following Monday and by the end of the week an offer had been accepted. Following Tom's advice we talked to a Title company and were able to avoid probate and the closing went very smoothly. Tom was with us the whole way with his knowledge, expertise, and advice. All of his recommendations were on point. Thankyou Tom for making a tough situation for us very manageable.

Great communication and great service.
My mother had passed away and with very little time on our hands, we had to sell her estate. Being located about 3000 miles from Florida and within a week, Tom got us organized and put us on the right path to selling the home. If even helped us in getting the house is shape with such a short window of time. We were set up with a closing agent and all contracts and legal aspects were handled remotely with professionalism. Throughout the process Tom communicated with us on regular basis and he was always on call. The whole process went very smooth. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Best Realtor Ever!
We hired Dawn back in January to help sell our home. Right from the start she was upfront and honest about the price we should ask, the market at the time, and how long it might take us to sell. She had open houses every month, kept us up to date weekly, and was always there when we had any questions or problems, night or day. She is a true professional in every sense of the word, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. Smartest move we made was hiring her to help us sell our house!

Phenomenal!
Tom was consistently on top of things with the sale of this house and went above and beyond in taking care of everything. None of us live in Florida and we all had to get back home so couldn't stay in Florida to prepare the house for the sale. He took care of everything from getting furniture removed to getting the house cleaned. We are eternally grateful for all he did for us at this difficult time. Tom, you're a rock star! Thank you so much for everything!
