Happy w experience
I do not live in florida, but was selling my mother's home in Ocala. Thomas took care of everything I needed to get the house in order, and even is helping me by getting what I had left in her attic here to me in NY. He is thorough, and very attentive. Gets back immediately - and will listen to all your concerns.

Dawn made selling my father's home easier than I could have imagined!
Dawn was instrumental in selling my father's home. She helped my sister and I more than I could have imagined. She has her finger on the market and set the price just right- not too high and not too low. My sister and I live out of state, and Dawn made sure that was not an issue, checking on the house and communicating with us immediately any issues that needed attention. We always felt that she had our best interest in mind and never doubted her, especially when contracts were being written. As spring became summer, Dawn took new pictures and her husband trimmed the bushes, making the house look much more appealing. We have no regrets about our experience and are very grateful for all Dawn did for us!
