Tammi and Tom are a great team. They both responded timely but more importantly helped with every step of the process. It is difficult dealing with an estate from out of state and Tammi and Tom made the process bearable

Tammy and Tom laid out all options to consider before identifying a sale price and ensure that the sale would transition smoothly. They were very responsive and helpful with coordinating a remote signing process. Overall, pleased with the outcome.

If you are looking for a real estate agent(s), I highly recommend Tammi Cacciatore Gottfried and Tom Reed of Decca Real Estate, they are an excellent choice. They made the selling process of our Dad’s Oak Run home so easy and they ensured we understood what was happening every step of the way. They want above and beyond by checking on the house, since we live out of state, helping with the replacement of the roof and resolving a roofing issue after the replacement was done, and they coordinated the access to the compound and house for the sale of the house hold items.

Tammi was able to answer our questions and provided all the information we needed.

We found it very enjoyable and easy to communicate with Dawn. She spent as much time as we needed to answer questions and very quickly understood what we were looking for in our new home. She also made the whole process of buying easy. We love our new home in Oak Run and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a knowledgeable, professional and pleasant real estate agent!

I bought a villa in Oak Run a few months ago. I called Dan Williams from West Palm beach to make appointments to see some homes in Oak Run. When I came to Ocala, she had set up multiple places to look at. All were exactly what I had asked her to show me. After I found the perfect home, she was always there for me with any questions, and always answered my phone calls and was extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Oak Run.

Our house although beautiful, not much updating had been done. Dawn helped us make the place look great. And solved every issue that came up along the way. We would recommend her. Dawn has also helped us with other real estate issues, and still helps us with any questions and concerns we have had.
