Ryan was great! He went above and beyond what his role.

I'm so appreciative of Ryan. I was out of state and didn't know the area . Ryan helped so much with finding people to take care of the work to be done on the house. Ryan communicated well with what was going on. I am so glad we chose him. I will miss talking to him, now that the house is sold.

Ryan Reeves stands out with his personalized approach. He took the time to understand our preferences and lifestyle when recommending homes for me to view. From the type of house I was looking for, down to the HOA fees that suited me best, it was evident he took everything I had said into account. Especially when he found us a home in Oak Run that matched everything on our wishlist! I began looking for homes in Oak Run in 2025, I traveled a far distance to get to Ocala for viewings, and I always take my 2 dogs with me when I travel. Throughout the entire process, Ryan was very accommodating and patient with us. Even we we viewed 5+ houses in a day, he made sure we had enough time to view each home. Ryan also coordinated with buyers, solved queries, and scheduled appointments that were suitable for me. He helped me throughout the entire home buying process.
