Excellent communicator, super vigilant with details, friendly and essy

We moved from Wa to Fl. I was at an open house and met Dawn and was drawn to her open, friendly, helpful nature. We chose her and she found our perfect home in a day! She was great at communicating everything and made sure we understood each process. She was professional, helpful, encouraging and detail oriented. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Highly recommend Dawn for her knowledge, expertise and caring when buying or selling a home!

We started working with Dawn when we first decided to buy a home in Ocala in September of 2024. We trusted her from the very start and she spent at least 2 months helping us find our home in Oak Run. She was very knowledgeable and professional as well as personable! We were so pleased with her that when we decided to sell, we immediately contacted her. Within less than a week she had found us a buyer. We felt confident in everything she did for us and once again, she was there through every step of the sale. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a first rate realtor! Gail and Bill Halliday
