We met Tom on a Friday about selling my Mother's house. Right away he was very comfortable working with us and us with him. Right away we developed a plan. It was a unique situation where my Mother passed away, my brother still living in the house and me (the Trustee) living in Jacksonville. Tom showed the house the following Monday and by the end of the week an offer had been accepted. Following Tom's advice we talked to a Title company and were able to avoid probate and the closing went very smoothly. Tom was with us the whole way with his knowledge, expertise, and advice.
