I looked at several houses in Oak Run via Facetime with Tom (my sister and BIL were on-site). He was so accommodating and coordinated viewings. He consistently said he wanted me to look at a specific house -- and I bought it!!! I think he knew what I wanted better than I knew. We were able to have a 30-day closing and every little thing went according to plan (well, there was a hurricane). Tom kept me informed every step of the way.
