Ryan was very responsive, timely and detail oriented, which was greatly appreciated as most of the transaction occurred remotely. He was pleasant, polite and provided honest, frank answers to our questions. The market analysis provided also was thorough and provided guidance on the pricing of the home. Great guy, I liked working with him. If he didn’t know something he would find out. I gave him 4 stars because he still needs to learn a lot, he needs experience. There were things I wish I knew about the house before I bought it. I had to add money I thought I didn’t have to put in if I knew all I needed to know. There were other things that pointed to Ryan not being experienced. Nice guy though
Ryan is very eager to help. If he did not know the answer to a question is was very quick to to find us the answer. A real pleasure to work with. Ryan is unlike most sales people I have meet, most forget about you when they get your money. But, not Ryan.
Ryan was with us from our first phone call to buying the house. after buying the house.. Here we are TEN months later and he is still checks in on us so he's not just a REALTOR!!! He is also a friend. Ryan has went above and beyond to help us with community forms, ARB's and setting up our homestead.
