Upon purchasing a property, Tracy was there to walk us through a major problem with the selling agent. Tracy was instrumental during closing and kept on top of the loan officer to ensure things were proceeding as planned. Even after closing Tracy noticed that there were accounting mistakes in the title and got them reversed. I would recommended working with Tracy as she was up front, helpful, and kind.
