She recently sold a home we owned, but did not live in, in that neighborhood and we were so lucky to have found her. She offered to help us prepare the property for sale, when a forecasted hurricane was on the way, she made sure all the loose items outside the home were stored in the garage, she checked on the home almost daily, she watered the newly planted flowers, and was willing to do anything to help to keep the home "sale ready".
