Monika was able to convey the sense of market, various options for newcomers such as ourselves, help us through our adjusting requirements and then pull through with the house we liked out that was not even available at first! She's held our hands diligently through negotiations and inspection process and really came through for us. We began searching for our Florida home before we had a realtor, probably the way many start looking for their home. We were in Gulfport for vacation and had the good fortune to meet Jaqueline. Through conversation, we learned that she was a Real Estate Agent. She impressed us with her energy, knowledge of the St. Pete's area and its housing market.  By the next day, we decided to contact Jaqueline to see if she would help us in our search for property. We were so glad we did. Jaqueline was our best asset in finding our new Florida home. She knew the market, listened and understood our vision for a Florida retreat and stayed in communication with us at all times. We found our home after a few months of searching; much of it virtual since we were out of State. You can't do that without trust in your realtor.  We couldn't be happier!

It was a pleasure to work with Victoria and we recommend her. I contacted her to show me her listing when I was getting the impression that I was running another realtor ragged and the other realtor was too busy to fit me into her schedule. As a conscientious professional, Victoria did not want to overstep another relationship, but was happy to show me her listing or as many homes as I would like to see. Victoria seemed to enjoy visiting home and home without making us feel pressured in any way. She always did research before we visited any homes and forwarded extra info compared to other agents we've worked with. She dove deep into every neighborhood with insight we didn't even think to ask (and we are very experienced home buyers.) Victoria was always early and she waited patiently for us to arrive. Victoria offered insight and resources to help guide us, but she made it clear that she was there to facilitate transactions and that she would ask as many questions or make as many low offers as we wanted. Instead of encouraging us to make a quick decision, she advised us to visit each property we were serious about at least twice. On the other hand, if she knew a property looked highly desired and was priced to sell quickly, she shared that insight to help keep us from missing out. Many of our offers were declined or we couldn't come to terms, but Victoria always stayed positive and said "let's just keep looking". We finally went under contract, but in this market we know that doesn't mean the house will close. However, Victoria did her part to build a great relationship with the listing agent to help make things go smoothly. She asked every question we had. She requested every document we wanted. She arranged access to the house for every inspector and contractor. Victoria did everything in her power to make sure that we closed on schedule. And when we decided to close early, she worked with the title company & listing agent to make that happen!

Patti is the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. She’s been in the business a long time and knows her stuff! She is both personable and professional at the same time. I was the seller on two transactions. Her suggested selling price was spot on. Her interaction with other Realtors on my behalf was superb. Patti goes above and beyond for her clients, suggesting things you may never have known about that will be in your best interest. I would never consider using another realtor, whether buying or selling!

Kevin did a wonderful job in helping us get our dream retirement home. He went above and beyond the call of duty by setting us up with anything we needed for the home buying process. He was very professional, always serviceable and just a great person all around. He is also very knowledgeable not just about real estate but also about home inspections; he would usually point out minor (or major) defects in a house and would advise us accordingly.
