Best client referral experience in 28 years as a real estate professional. Sold my client's home in Tennessee; they were moving to Florida and needed a real estate agent. Promised to find best agent possible by interviewing at least 3 realtors recommended by "CEO" or "CFO" of a local franchise from my company.
