I had a unusual situation in the residential rental property. I decided to use Larry Wingate as my agent because he came up with a innovative plan to remodel of the property and then put it on the market for sale. Larry was always very responsive throughout the entire process and since I lived in another town he was also keeping an eye on the progress of the remodeling for me. I don't think we could have achieved what we did without Larry's involvement.
