Dana communicated with us consistently through the process and in a timely manner which was much appreciated! We were moving from out of state so it was fairly stressful not to be in person for a lot of our home search but Dana did a great job and helped us through the whole process. James gets it done! He was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. We were out of state buyers looking to find a home site unseen on a tight timeline. He visited multiple homes...did live facetime walk throughs...taking his time to make sure all our questions were answered. When we locked down an area, he was willing to knock on doors to see if he could find any interested sellers. The two houses we put an offer on, he was the first agent through the door...and with the house we bought, he got it locked down before anyone else could see it. He is responsive, patient and willing to do whatever it takes. When our movers showed up early, he met them at the house and made sure all the furniture was unloaded properly before we arrived...above and beyond in terms of making sure his clients are happy. You couldn't get a better agent!

James recently helped us sell my mom's house after she passed away. He was very compassionate, professional and helpful. Our family lives out-of-state and he helped us arrange a landscaping service to maintain the lawn during showings, scheduled a roofing company for repairs and sold my mom's house on a tight timeline. Hayley was very helpful in navigating our needs to find us a home. She researched schooling for our kids and found out information to help us find a perfect location for our needs. If we had a question she didn’t know, she would find the answer. She made sure we did what we needed to do when it came to the paperwork portion of buying a home and made sure we didn’t miss deadlines. Whenever I needed to speak with her she would be available at a moments notice. She made us feel like friends instead of clients. It was a pleasure having her as an agent.

I was introduced to Linnea from a mutual friend and client of hers. I’m an avid investor and wanted to purchase some investment properties in Tampa/St Pete. I don’t know the area so having Linnea was a god sent. I’ve already purchased two properties with her and working on more. She fought for what I wanted as a client, negotiated for what was right, and let me know when to walk or when to push. She knows her stuff. Linnea is incredibly responsive which I feel is a lacking in most agents these days. She literally put in an offer for me while she was at a funeral. Which I won’t put that expectation here for her but I just want to highlight her insane dedication to her business and craft. She flew back the evening and the next day she was already at the property sending me videos, checking appliances, talking to neighbors, etc… Having someone like Linnea on your side makes the buying process so much less stressful. Linnea treats this as a business and is a pleasure to work with.

I initially had low expectations when Zillow connected me to a random realtor, but Diane has been an absolute rockstar all the way through the process.
