We recently sold our home in Florida and Nina helped us with every detail. From a team to help deep clean our house, to a photographer who was friendly and excellent, Nina surrounded us with a group of professionals that presented our home in a way we were truly happy with. In only two days, we had several offers and accepted one thousands over asking. We were thrilled with our sales outcome and able to move to our next home with peace of mind. We highly recommend Nina!

Awesome Realtor
Tracy Moore, with Florida Home Realty Group, is an awesome realtor for the Gulf Harbor neighborhood in New Port Richey, FL. She recently sold a home we owned, but did not live in, in that neighborhood and we were so lucky to have found her. She offered to help us prepare the property for sale, when a forecasted hurricane was on the way, she made sure all the loose items outside the home were stored in the garage, she checked on the home almost daily, she watered the newly planted flowers, and was willing to do anything to help to keep the home "sale ready". More importantly, when we had questions, she always provided prompt and verified answers. She is very trustworthy, a hard worker and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy her clients. I'd definitely utilize her services again.

Johnny, was exteremely knowledge in knowing the area. I believe he grew up here and knows the positive and negative of neighborhoods. He did a good job on doing comps for our home and marketing the property for a better price than we thought was possible. He helped find us a new home and helped with negotiating our final price. Great Guy!

Tracy represented the sellers in our recent home purchase; as buyers, we were working without a realtor representing us. We had been shopping in the area for 6 or 7 months, so we knew what we were looking for, and when Tracy's listing appeared on Zillow, we contacted her immediately. She was warm, professional and treated us with great courtesy, unlike some other realtors who did not seem interested in dealing with buyers who were unrepresented. We met her at the open house and left her with an offer the same day. When our offer was accepted, Tracy worked collaboratively with us all the way to closing, including helping with some 11th-hour hiccups to ensure we were able to close on time. She was helpful and cooperative in every interaction and we would highly recommend her.
