Me and my wife decided to search for a home in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and chose Toni Carrico as our agent. We live in Massachusetts and were concerned about the market and being able to look at homes remotely. We first met Toni in person while we were on vacation in Sarasota and she showed us 3 or 4 properties while we were on vacation and quickly became familiar with what our need/wants were and things that were deal breakers with us. She sent us updated lists that met our criteria while we were back in Massachusetts and when we found a property we wanted to see, Toni would set up a virtual showing literally the next day because homes were receiving multiple offers on the first day on the market in most cases. She must have showed us 10-15 properties and based on her knowledge of our likes/dislikes she would tell us wether she thought we would like the area/neighborhood/property and she was always spot on!!! Toni put together 3 offers before we finally had an offer accepted. Toni took care of everything and went above and beyond in our eyes which made the whole process much less stressful for us. I highly recommend Toni and wouldn't use anyone else should we decide to purchase or sell another property in the Sarasota/Bradenton area!!!

Terri is an amazing person. She does her job with such passion. She helped us buy our first home to now selling that same home. She knows her stuff so well. If she doesn’t know something she will find an answer within hours. She really takes away the stress you have when buying/selling a home.
