During a time when the housing market was hectic, Cedric was calm and was able to talk me out of making rash decisions such as purchasing sight unseen. If it had not been for the patience exhibited by my realtor I would have purchased a money pit because I was frustrated with being outbid by investors. Cedric did not view me as just a commission but he truly cared that I found my forever home. He had readily available contacts for home inspections, he did a thorough job of walking me through each property (inside and out) to make sure we checked for any damages that could later cause me grief. Overall I really appreciate my realtor and if I had to do this again I would definitely want Cedric Rice on my side. Thanks!
