I thoroughly enjoyed this entire transaction, as a first time home buyer I was new to this entire process. Dalton had all of the right connections to get me started. The first step was for me to get pre approved and he had several lenders that he sent me to pick from and once that was taken care of he set me up on a personal search catered to my wants and needs that sent ALL the listings that matched what I was looking for directly to me. Once I found a few that I was throughly interested in we began looking at these homes and I finally found one that was PERFECT for me and we placed an offer and GOT IT.
