Most creative, professional, and hardest-working Realtor I've ever known!

Amy is amazing. She understands the market and how to get the most for my property. Before I even hired her, she walked through the house and gave me a list of repairs and improvements that would maximize the potential profit of the property. From paint schemes to landscaping, her instincts were spot-on. She personally coordinated some last-minute repairs while I was out of town. When I turned the house over to her to list at the top of the market, she scheduled an open house, handled pictures and staging. We had over a dozen offers in 24 hours and we accepted a cash offer $30K OVER list price! I could not be happier with her work.
