Exceptional realtor! She connects well with you, understands your needs! Efficient, responsive and reliable. In today’s market where there are several offers on one property, she has the right amount of aggression to ensure that you will get the property. Absolutely loved working with her... so happy to have met Christina!

As first time homebuyers, my boyfriend and I really lucked out with Christina. We started looking in December of 2019 and finally closed on a home a few weeks ago. Throughout the entire process, Christina was extremely patient, kind, and reassuring and we always felt as if she had our best interest in mind. She guided us through every step of the way and we are very grateful to have had such a great experience with her! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, you will not be disappointed.

Patti is the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. She’s been in the business a long time and knows her stuff! She is both personable and professional at the same time. I was the seller on two transactions. Her suggested selling price was spot on. Her interaction with other Realtors on my behalf was superb. Patti goes above and beyond for her clients, suggesting things you may never have known about that will be in your best interest. I would never consider using another realtor, whether buying or selling!

Christina is the consummate Real Estate professional! We had never met her before we called about a house for sale. She became our agent (buyers). She was very detailed oriented and followed up on every step of the way. Our transaction was on an older home and required numerous negotiation points and inspection follow up's. Christina was on point throughout the process. She was awesome! We highly recommend her for any real estate needs!

Patti gives me a peace of mind when selling my house. She kept me informed with all updates and answered any questions I had promptly. Patti took great photos of the house which brought in more traffic. Within 2 days in the market, the house had an offer above listing price. You won’t go wrong with choosing Patti as your agent!
