Being this was the first house I’ve ever put on the market & was unfamiliar with selling procedures Patti kept me informed & up to date with any & all developments that would occur. I’d certainly recommend her to anyone that’s selling their home. You won’t be disappointed.

Sandy sold our home in 6 days in a new neighborhood where builder was still building. She negotiated a great deal, we closed with 30 days.

Patti helped us market my Mom’s home without having to spend money in remodeling. She was very knowledgeable and always answered all our questions. We were able to sell her home very quickly because of her professional help.

My husband and I have bought and sold many houses in the past and our experience working with Patricia (Patti) Spoeth was the best by far. She is most knowledgeable about what to look for in a good property. She knew stats on each property before we got there. She would not let us over look any flaws or any good qualities in the property. We were looking for a unique place and her patiencs and professionalism could not be beat! I would, and have, recommended Patti to others.

This is the 6th transaction Patti has helped me with. I have purchased 3 homes and sold 3 homes Each purchase was ideal and proved to be a wise investment She knows the market takes care of all all the details and makes sure the closings are seamless

She might even bake you some bread or goodies too.

I bought, and years later sold my house with her expertise and handled so smoothly when I sold my home living out of state. She sold my sister’s house after one day on the market, and the sale of property for a friend after a previous realtor proved unknowledgeable.

It has been over 25 years since we have moved. Things had certainly changed and we were having difficulties with other agents. Then when she reached out to offer her assistance, Mrs. Hamm basically took us buy the had and led us through the process. Even though she had other people to help, it seemed that we were the only ones she was helping. I'm very appreciative of her help and would advise anyone whether just starting out or who has been awhile since looking for a home that they should choose her as their agent.

Christina is a great asset to have during your home search (or sell). She made the entire process as painless as possible, and worked tirelessly to ensure documentation was prepared and ready to be signed. Her answers are prompt, and she's a hoot to work with!
