We moved out of Florida to another state while our house was on the market. It was nerve wracking to be away and not be in to check on the property but John eased all our nerves. John was a tremendous help during the selling process, he is knowledgeable, trustworthy and a great communicator. He provided frequent updates, without us needing to ask and was great about explaining the process and closing details.
