Ricki Bauman knows the real estate business; she is very professional. From the beginning she indicated the proper listing price and how to declutter the house. She maintained a close contact with me through the whole process and answered any questions I had with the sale. She explained the closing process and overlooked all aspects of the closing. I do not think I would have been able to handle the whole sale and closing without her help.

From A to Z Ricki walked us through the home-buying journey, was patient to make sure we understood what we needed, and in the end cared that the home we purchased was the best one for us. Ricki listened to what we wanted and never pushed properties that did not interest us or was outside our price range, clearly knowing her market, the neighborhoods and what was needed to close the deal. Buying a home is emotional and hard as it is, having a steady hand to guide you as well as firm footing to walk you through, you cannot put a price on that - we sure were fortunate. Susan went above and beyond to help us find our winter retreat. Trying to find a home from several states away can be nerve wracking but Susan is an excellent communicator and helped guide us every step of the way. She helped steer us away from iffy neighborhoods and helped us find a home that checked all the boxes. She visited several properties before we made the trip down and sent lots of feedback on homes we were interested in that made the selection process quick. Dylan had a strong knowledge of the local market and all the dynamics and factors that go into something as fluid as a local Real Estate market. Every day, he would provide me with any new listing of the houses in the areas that I was interested in that met my specific search criteria. Once it was time to start making offers, he was very quick to respond and push ahead, so as to not waste time while others are also potentially making offers as well.
