My experience working with Al has been great from start to finish and was an experience I wish every person can have. Coming into the home ownership process with minimal knowledge on the process and terms, I was concerned that I would not be able to understand everything and that I would constantly be lost, but Al was always available for a quick call or a text to clarify any confusion I had. He advocated for me when certain mortgage companies were delaying in their response times and paired me with a more trusted team that was more efficient and prepared for the task at hand.
