Marsha is very pleasant and professional to work with. She was always respectful to the tenants, with whom she needed to arrange every visit of potential buyers. When taking the necessary pictures of the home for virtual viewing, she was respectful not to touch and move things in their home without permission. She handled queries with efficiency and verbalize her expertise on topics when it was required. She had good marketing knowledge as to what was happening currently in the market, which was helpful. Displayed negotiation skills again based on her knowledge and experience with selling and buying homes in every stage of the process.

Rosie was absolutely the best! As a first time home buyer she made the process of looking for a new home seamless. She knew the market value of each property and what homes in the surrounding area were priced as. Rosie never made the search about her and that was major for me. She listened and made every effort to show me homes that she thought fit into my needs and wants. Rosie was never pushy when it came to my budget and location. Another important factor for me was commute. She actually took the time to map out each property she showed me to make sure it would be within the discussed radius of work and family. So, with all of her knowledge and caring enough to listen to my needs and wants my time was never wasted on not one single property. Actually, it made it harder! Lol! But, I'm eternally grateful for everything I learned from her throughout this journey. Rosie was not just a realtor, but a friend I could trust. If I had questions on the numerous paperwork or emails sent from the loan officer or builder she was always there. She never made me feel like I was a bother. Even though we never met, she took care of us! The property took 10 months to sell, but that’s just because of the market crash properties were dropping and too many available. When it got cold, she helped us by going over and turning the thermostat up checking on the property when we couldn’t once we dropped the price and it was sold in 10 days!
