Great experience

We had own our house for over 15 years But it was time to sell it to begin a new adventure. When contacted Evins the same week he came out to look at the property took pictures and gave us some suggestions on what needed to be fix . After a month we got discouraged and wanted to take it off the market but our realtor told us to give him another month , he could almost guarantee us that it would be sold . Sure enough a few days later he found a buyer and we were able to close . I appreciate his tenacity and professionalism. He always answer our calls ,questions and show that he cares about our concerns. It was a pleasure working with him and would do it all over again because he made this process so easy .. Thank you Mr.Trajean for all your hard work and professionalisms.

Patient, kind and flexible schedule

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable! I am so glad we found him. He was very patient, understood our needs/wants and price point and was able to work around my husbands work schedule for showings! He showed us houses that we were interested in not like other realtors we have had in this market. We would recommend Kyle to anyone that is looking to purchase a home!
