I was fortunate enough to come to Mr. Bernal for help with my first home purchase. He was able to provide me with an extreme level of industry knowledge, paired with patience in understanding my goals for this first home. His negotiation skills are completely un-matched, and he was able to secure my offer with the seller in conjunction with comforting advice throughout the whole process. To date, I have not found someone as professional as Pablo Bernal (in any industry), who could both understand what I wanted and also communicate the pitfalls common for first-time home buyers, without directly influencing my decisions. He helped keep everyone involved in the process organized, allowing us to expedite a normally tedious process, right before the hectic end of year holidays. I hope to have an opportunity in the future to work with him again on my next home purchase!

RaChelle was a joy to with with from the first moment we met her. She proactively set expectations on asking price based on her knowledge of the neighborhood. She also set our expectations with what to expect with the appraisal phase which I was a novice to. Before showing, she got us lined up with a photographer, carpet cleaner and came to the house to give us tips on staging.
