We became acquainted with Rod when he assisted our Daughter and her family in purchasing their home. He also assisted our Granddaughter and her family in buying their first home and again a year later when he sold it for them within days after it was advertised. They made enough of a profit to put it down on a bigger, nicer home. We owned a five acre tract of land that had been on and off the market for years with no luck in selling.
