Great communication and on time reply’s. Always responds to messages in an orderly manner. He helped my father and I purchase a lot in okeechobee. The process with Gary was smooth and detailed. All our questions were answered with expertise. The process through Zillow was also great, and took little to no effort to send a message to the seller. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.
