Gaston was recommended to me by my sister. He was her realtor also. So, when I called him up; he started to worked right away. We checked out many places, we encounter a few bumps in the way. It was amazing to see how patience he was. I was a little skeptical being that this was my first time dealing with a realtor. As a professional realtor, he explained to me step by step what to expect when searching for a house. When we finally found a house that I liked, I noticed that he was happy. There was a problem, the owner never heard about Section 8. So, Gaston Flores explained to the owner of the house everything he knew about Section 8. Amazingly, he was able to convinced the owner. Next, was the rental procedures which was unchallenging for him. Finally, I got the house Gaston treated me as a client with respect. He listened carefully to my opinion. He was very helpful and patience toward me. He stood by my side till I found the place that made me happy. I am really impressed by the professionalism of this realtor.

I met Gloria through my pastor who recommended her to me. From our first encounter I felt confident that I was in good hands. She was involved in the entire process and communicate very well with the builder, the lender, and me. Gloria showed her professionalism throughout the process, and today I will say that I do not regret having her as my realtor agent and I will use her services over and over again.
