Kristen was amazing through the entire process. I tried a few different realtors prior to finding Kristen. Living in the tri-state area you expect things done like yesterday and the other realtors would take days to respond, if they even ever did at all. Brandon went above and beyond in every single aspect of the sale of our home! He is super nice, professional, attentive to all of our needs, questions, and concerns. When I had trouble filling out or understanding any papers given us, he would stop over and personally show me how to complete everything! He even took the time to take our dogs cage apart so we could give it to someone who needed it! No other realtor in Central Florida can top the service that Brandon Ragsdale provides. I knew after speaking to Ms. LaShandra that she could get the job done. I also being what I will call a "difficult" client needed a very skilled and resourceful realtor.
