Shelia helped me close on a home, and she wasn't even "my agent". My agent was more concerned about spending time on the beach with his girlfriend than being available to facilitate a transaction. He continually berated Shelia (my buyer's agent), in addition to my seller's agent. While I was having a terrible time with my agent, Shelia stepped in and helped me throughout the entire process. I was truly blessed to have Shelia help with my transaction. She made sure her buyer was happy, and helped me sell in the process. She knows legal requirements, standards, rules, etc. and she will stand up for anyone she is assigned to. Truly a remarkable person and a wonderful agent. Thank you Shelia.

Alec was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable! He helped us sell our Florida house, and buy a new one. Alec took care of evertything and made the transaction a smooth and painless process. He handled all of the logistics, paperwork, negotiations, and held our hands through every step. He is always willing to go the extra mile and help us more than your average agent would. He was accomadating to our needs, and to this day continues to help us with our real estate needs. From helping us in person with filing for homestead, referring contractors to help with work, or even offering to come help us hang a few TVs! We are happy to have met him, and have become lifelong friends through our transactions with him. We highly reccomend everyone work with him!
