Dawn is a true professional. From the get-go she did nothing but exemplify her professionalism by taking the time to meet us in person, guide us thru this challenging market, and putting together a top notch marketing strategy. We've never seen such exceptional work from an agent. She delivered a booklet a showing off the features of our condo, took video tours, and put out social media ads. Obviously she knows what she's doing because we were under contract in just one week! She is communicative, responsive and sensitive to our needs. Dawn is already representing us for our next transaction of buying our new home.
