Elizabeth was wonderful to work with, and made us feel incredibly at ease during the purchase of our home. As first-time home buyers, we were intimidated by the process, but Elizabeth is highly knowledgeable and was great at educating us throughout the process. She was always available for our questions, and even spent extra time on the details such as digging into HOA financial documents and verifying permits on some of the homes we considered. She was also able to negotiate the price of the home down and secure several seller credits which allowed us the ability to make improvements and customizations to the home to truly make it our own. We can't wait for all of the memories we will create in our new space! And, when it comes time to upsize, we'll trust her with finding our next perfect home too.
