Buying a first home, as newly weds can be seen as a lot or even scary. Thankfully, Dante made it a seamless process. Even in denied offers, or bad sellers, in the ups and downs Dante always made it seamless, never felt like I couldn’t trust him with the back hand stuff. Some blind trust if you will.
Dante never cut a corner, or allowed someone else in the process to cut a corner. Dante is professional, direct, honest, trustworthy, hard working realtor. He’s also a great friend, loving, compassionate and someone you can count on.
Dante has also been a long term friend of mine, brother if you will. Which is said to describe his personality, work ethic, and character. Someone you want to keep around in your life, and someone I had no question trusting in the process of buying our first home.
When God placed us with the ability to buy our first home, instead of renting as newly weds. It was no question to who I went too to just ask some personal questions. Dante answered everything with professional knowledge and language. It became evident I couldn’t do this process alone and asked Dante to take me on as a client. Dante helped us stay away from a bad seller, kept us on track on what we truly could afford and to not settle as well. Dante spent a lot of time researching the builder, area, pros and cons, different homes and just the truth behind the process of buying our first home. It wouldn’t have been possible to get into a 3 car, 4 bedroom on 2 acres without the blessings from God and the hard work and dedication from our realtor.
It was never about the money for Dante, it was about finding us a house we could call home. I can truly recommend Dante as a realtor from both a personal level and being his client.
