We have been trying to find that one perfect place for a long time. Would make sure I wouldn't just sign a contract with any property. Would make sure if everything was clean eith the HOA if association is involved, aliens against the property, would make sure I would make the most accurate offer as to what the surrounding area was sold for. Will definitely call Richard again for any future property buying.

I am a first-time home buyer, so this entire experience was a complete unknown to me. I was introduced to Adrienne thru a mutual friend, and immediately I could tell that she knew what she was talking about when it came to looking for the perfect home for me.
