I called him once in a panic very late and he accommodated me. - He asks the questions most others don’t. - Give him a dollar “ceiling” and he’ll stick to that. - I’ve bought two homes and sold one with Dante’. I was never out of the loop. Last time saved me 10%! That’s a lot of money. Sell and or buy with Dante and your experience will be all you hope for! Once was good, two was luck, three times all successful is just plain being good at your job! Ask to speak to Brent if you want to hear it personally.

Full disclosure—Nora Nelson is my mother\. But after having her as my Realtor, I can honestly say I now understand exactly why her clients love her so much\. I’ve always known my mom is incredibly hardworking and dedicated, but watching her handle the sale of our home gave me an entirely new appreciation for what she does for her clients\. Our sale was anything but easy\. We went through THREE different offers before finally making it to the closing table, and Nora handled every twist, turn, negotiation and setback along the way\. And somewhere in her job description, apparently “therapist” was included, because she had to talk me off the ledge more than a few times\! 😂 She didn’t just list our home and wait for it to sell\. Ibrahim has made my first home buying experience an excellent one. A huge shoutout to our amazing realtor, Shalanda❤️ She was the only realtor I wanted to work with on this purchase, and she exceeded every expectation from start to finish. I was blown away by how organized, prepared, and detail-oriented she was throughout the entire process. She truly listened to what we wanted, made every step feel easy, and even made sure our kids felt included and that their opinions mattered. Shalanda had a great strategy for us to follow when we viewed each home and it worked- as soon as we saw this home on Alba - we know it was THE ONE! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us find our perfect little place on the river! I would absolutely recommend Shalanda and if I had to do it all over again, I’d choose her hands down!
