Mr. Hai Ho listed and sold my property after it had been listed with another agency an extended period of time. Firstly, he assisted greatly in having us list it at a price that better aligned with market value. Once this happened, he advertised and held open houses repeatedly to have it sell. He and his staff were excellent in keeping me informed, and in negotiating with various vendors who worked on the house. I am extremely pleased with the results and will use his services again.

Elicia Linton did an open house near my daughter's home when they met. That was fortunate. Elicia worked with us and our daughter for well over a year. She kept us moving when we were too discouraged to continue looking without being pushy. She quietly kept our goal in front of us and never tried to lead us elsewhere.
