If you are looking for an existing property or undeveloped land in the FL panhandle give Pam a call. She is the real deal. Met me and my wife on a 3 acre wooded parcel South of Defuniak Springs. In July and walked it with me! Always responsive and Diligent with contract details. She also helps with builder referrals. We closed on 3 acres on 8/21. Very easy process and I know we will keep in touch.

Contacted Pam about a listing she had. Upon seeing the property, it was not what we were really looking for in a homesite. Told her what we actually wanted in a property. Pam is the only agent who really listened, followed up and presented the appropriate properties for consideration. She worked through the listings and recommended several to see. One was perfect -- even facing the desired direction. She obtained all the necessary information (survey, deed restrictions, utilities, etc.) within hours after we viewed the property. She negotiated on our behalf and we were under contract quickly, closing in 30 days.
