The service George provided exceeded my expectations. He was extremely detailed in the guidance and information that I got in purchasing my 1st home. I didn't feel rushed even when I had very specific details as to what I needed in my home. He was readily available to answer any questions I had. He was able to secure from the seller deals that were very beneficial to me at the final negotiation. Overall, a very great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

Her knowledge of real estate transactions and professionalism over came a less that honest seller/broker. Her communications style and skills kept the transaction alive and got us to the closing table. I ama retired 25 yr realtor in Houston. I knew what must be done to have a valid contract and protect ourselves from an overbearing seller. Yuilett stayed on track representing us beautifully even though we were not tolerating the seller's antics. She had to use negotiating and communication skills at every turn. Tammy Luce was and is an excellent agent for your company. Because we were an absentee owner she worked hard for us. Unfortunately, the market didn't work for us. We had sold our house earlier after we first left Florida then unfortunately the wife passed a day before we were closing and we lost $50G. But our agent had no control over that situation.
