Jason's son Jacob and realty partner had reached out to me about selling our Florida rental house after we had little luck with previous options. After signing, Jason and Jacob posted a listing with excellent photography including drone footage and a fetching description. We almost immediately had showings and interest. After a weekend open house (on both Saturday and Sunday) a buyer made a cash offer which we accepted and closed on within two weeks.
