Joel is the only lender i recommend. He is too available, has too many solutions, and will do what it takes to get deals to the closing table even if it means he makes close to nothing. I’ve worked with Joel almost a decade and I wish everyone gets the opportunity to work with him and know him! 100/10 recommend.

Amazing! Victoria knew how to negotiate and made us feel comfortable with trusting the process of buying a home, especially since it was our first time :) she made buying a home, in spite of the economy and unknowns, possible. She can help with the whole process and has great connections to people like lenders and inspectors that you’ll need, but in no way pressured us to solely rely on her contacts. We worked with Gary 3 years ago buying our house in pt St Lucie FL. Gary helped us so much he’s very pleasant and professional to work with. We purchased our home 2 months before moving in. Now we sold our lovely home and Gary is our agent. Between buying a new house in NC and waiting to close on our FL house Gary has gone above. Many times I’ve called Gary in the evening frustrated and he’s always patient and helpful. I can’t give Gary enough stars!!!!
