Efficeient. Listened to my needs/wants. Put together a solid plan. NEVER NEVER NEVER asked me to stretch my budget! Other agents should take care to notice this. We saw 4 houses in one day and found the perfect small bungalow for me at $35 under my max instructions. Trude Moyer is very knowledgeable of the current selling market in my area. She could present current data to back up her words. The communication ability of the agent was wonderful. She used simple words and explanations of the whole selling process. If I needed an explanation she treated me with dignity. Her professionalism is impeccable. She was always on time for Open Houses etc. She always answered the phone and returned calls in a timely manner if needed.
