They knew the market analysis, they assisted with the steps needed to prepare the house for sale and explained the steps to achieve a closing. Krissy is the best realtor out there me and my wife was looking for a house and we kept getting out bid which discouraged us. But Krissy kept us going and found our dream home at first we wasn’t going to go see it because we was tired from seeing houses and not getting them. However Krissy told us she had a feeling about this house so after 15 minutes of convincing us to see it we did and it was all we was looking for and more. She kept us informed on the status of the sale. Organized an open house that yielded quite a few offers in a short amount of time. She walked us through every offer that we received and answered any questions we had. She never rushed or pressured us...was super patient. She was always available via phone, text or email. She advocated on our behalf during the entire process.
