Colin helped my husband and I sell our home. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with him after that was the same. He proposed a fair sale price, arranged for the photographs, as well as gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. With “e-signing”, every required signature was done immediately from the convenience of our phones or desktop, which saved travel time and paper...loved this! He was present during inspections and put on an amazing open house. He accompanied us to the very end of the closing which went very smoothly. We can’t wait to work with him again.

From the start, Mike was very thorough. He followed up and if we had any questions, he answered them or got an answer quickly for us. He was patient with us (as we were very picky with the type of home we wanted) and was extremely honest. He gave you the bad with the good so that there were no surprises. very personable, He wants you to find your perfect dream house as much as you do, and won’t want you to settle for anything less.
