I initially met Brian around June of 2016. He asked me about home ownership, but at the time I wasn't in a position to buy. I told him it would be at least 6mths and he asked if he could call me in January. Although I agreed, I never gave another thought to the conversation. Low and behold on January 2, 2017, guess who calls me??? Brian Hood. At the time I still wasn't quite in the position to buy but he did walk me through 1st steps so that I could see where I was as opposed to where I needed to be. He followed up with me again in January 2018 as I'd asked and again later that year. I'm sure he may have thought I was brushing him off. But really I wasn't. I was very impressed with his impeccable follow up as well as his willingness to accept where I was and not be pushy. January 2020, I decided now was the time and I was finally ready for my first home purchase. Although I have AT LEAST a dozen friends or associates that are realtors, I chose to give Brian a call. I hadn't talked to him in over a year but he answered the phone with "Hello Candace". I know he had other clients but he had a way of making me feel like I was the only one. He made himself available day and night, was extremely professional and put up with a lot of fickleness and impatience on my part. I am glad I chose to partner with Brian and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
