Jimmy was great when I sold my house and gave me advise on getting my house sold. He also listened to what I had to say about how much I wanted to list my house for. I have not experienced that in the past with selling my home with other realtors. All and all I would recommend and use Jimmy again if the opportunity presented itself.

Kinga did a great job! I bought a condo in downtown St Petersburg after she showed me several places in downtown St Petersburg and the Tierra Verde areas. She is very responsive and patient. It is truly refreshing to find a realtor that is as excited about viewing homes as much as we were. He always arrived ahead of time and came prepared with the pertinent information we needed to know. Being that this was our first home, Thomas asked the questions we would not have known to ask (i.e energy efficient windows, age of water heater and easily repairable issues). Thomas has had a lot of experience renovating his own properties, so he knew what it would cost to D-I-Y or hire a company for home improvement projects.
