I love love love Krista. Shes super friendly,upbeat,personable, energetic and just fun. I started off with a bad experience with a other realtor and was referred to Krista by a friend. I told Krista about my experience and she made sure in her own way that it never happened again. She gets to know the style of home you want so it may take a few showings, but than when she knows...she knows.She personally picks out listings for you along with the autogenerated listings that are expected.BTW,I'm a first time home owner and she held my hand through everything. She did things for me that I don't know how to do,which is everything.I know how to do one thing,and that is work. She really took care of a lot of things for me and made me feel safe in a very organic maturation. If and when I sell again, I will definitely use her again. She's got 7,8 years experience at the time of this writing. So she knows what she's doing. She doesn't pressure you like my other realtor did ,ughhh. She doesn't expect you to pay full price unless it's worth it...unlike my other realtor who thought I'd pay full price for a complete demo???!?!?
